How Curious Workings handles information from adult customers and website visitors.
Information we use
We use the information needed to operate the shop, process orders, deliver products, answer enquiries and meet legal obligations. We do not create children’s accounts or intentionally collect children’s names, ages, schools, photographs or email addresses.
Shopify and fulfilment
Shopify will process storefront, checkout, payment, order and customer information. Bookvault will receive the information necessary to print and deliver book orders. A separate merchandise provider may receive delivery information for sticker orders.
Email and enquiries
Messages sent through the website are routed to the appropriate Curious Workings mailbox. School enquiries include organisation, quantity and intended use date.
Legal review required. Business-specific statutory wording, the seller address and effective date must be approved and supplied by the operator.
