Delivery, returns & refunds
Clear expectations for UK delivery and made-to-order books.
Production and delivery
Books normally require 3–5 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery services, estimated transit times and full charges are shown before payment.
Split deliveries
Bookvault fulfils book orders. Stickers will use a separate fulfilment route, so mixed orders may arrive in different parcels and receive separate tracking information.
Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email orders@curiousworkings.com with the Shopify order number and clear photographs.
Returns and refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected. Business-specific return periods and refund processing times still require final legal approval.
Legal review required. Business-specific statutory wording, the seller address and effective date must be approved and supplied by the operator.
