Delivery & Shipping

UK delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery charges are calculated based on the items in your order and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Most UK orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–15 working days after the order is placed.

Our products are produced and fulfilled on demand, so delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Delivery may occasionally take longer during busy periods or where carriers experience delays or disruption.

Split deliveries

Items in the same order may be produced and dispatched separately. If your order contains products fulfilled separately, it may arrive in more than one parcel and separate delivery charges may apply. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Some delivery services may not include tracking.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We may not be able to change an address once an order has entered fulfilment.

If an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you results in additional delivery costs, we may ask you to pay those reasonable additional costs before re-delivery.
