Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–15 working days after the order is placed. See our Delivery & Shipping information for details.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
What if an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect?
Please email orders@curiousworkings.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. Please do not return the item unless we ask you to.
Do you offer school or bulk orders?
Yes. For larger orders, or if your school or organisation needs a quotation, invoice or purchase-order process, see our Schools & bulk orders page.
Will books and stickers arrive together?
Not necessarily. Items in the same order may be produced and dispatched separately, so books and stickers may arrive in more than one parcel. See our Delivery & Shipping information for details.
